AOI Kerala Fellowship Program
Clinical exposure at centers of excellence across Kerala, India, and abroad.
Established in 2014 under the vision of Dr. C. John Panicker, the AOI Kerala Fellowship provides junior ENT surgeons with valuable clinical exposure and academic enrichment.
Applications are now open for the 2025–26 term.
Fellowship Structure
- Duration: 2–4 weeks (varies by center)
- Certification: Observational Fellowship Certificate
- Requirement: Training Report / Log Book (countersigned by HOD)
Eligibility & Selection
- Membership: AOI National + AOI Kerala Life Membership
- Qualification: MS-ENT / DNB (ENT) / DLO
Experience Requirements
- International Fellowship – Minimum 3 years
- National Fellowship – Minimum 2 years
- Home (Kerala) Fellowship – Minimum 1 year
Selection Criteria
- Based on seniority (up to 10 years), scientific publications, paper presentations, awards, and age seniority.
Financials & Logistics
- Training fees (if applicable) must be paid by the candidate
- Travel & accommodation expenses are borne by the candidate
- Some centers may assist with local accommodation contacts
